NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION

 

Out of respect for our stylists we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 24-hour period, your card on file will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price to help cover our team members time. 

 

-We make sure clients are aware of their appointment time with text message and email reminders 48 and 2 hours in advance. You can also go to online booking and review your appointment. 

-We will secure each guest’s billing information on file prior to scheduling any service over an hour.

-When an appointment is missed we will automatically charge 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.

When a client cancels last minute it greatly impacts our service providers schedule and doesn’t allow us time to refill the appointment gap therefore effecting their income and other guests. 

*If you cannot get through to our guest coordinators please leave a message that you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment and we will get back with you.

RUNNING LATE

We understand, life is crazy and things happen kids, traffic, work etc. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will try our very best to accommodate you but please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late by calling the salon.

HAIRCUT & COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

If there is something that you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you.  Please contact the salon within one week of your original service and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you! If outside the one week policy still let us know and we will do our best to work you in. Regular pricing will apply.

If a color or cut came out to the desired look but you aren't feeling it on yourself regular pricing will apply to correct.

NAIL REPAIR 

​

We are happy to fix any chips in Dip or Gel manicures within 7 days of your appointment. This policy doesn't not apply for pedicures or regular polish manicures. Please use caution with your nails to get as much wear out of them. Use gloves when washing dishes, cleaning and gardening, no harsh chemicals or nail polish remover.

LITTLE CHLOE CLIENTS, (children)

As a family focused salon, Chloe and Co welcomes families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children, ages 8 and under, are not permitted in the salon without an adult who is not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child, age 8 or under, to the salon during the parent’s service without help, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent. 

In the case of a child coming in to receive a service, to ensure the safety of the children and guests at Chloe and Co, we will refuse service if a child will not sit still for a haircut. The liability is too great for Chloe and Co to assume responsibility for children in an environment that has many dangers present for children.

We are proud to offer our little first time clients a Chloe and Co certificate and lock of hair for mom and dad to keep if desired. 

​

 

 ANIMALS AND PETS IN THE SALON

The only animals permitted inside of Chloe and Co premises are approved service dogs. Law of the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology permits no other animals within the salon. We can’t allow them inside, and we don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please, leave them at home.

FAMILY FRIENDLY 

 

Chloe and Co is proud to offer a family friendly uplifting environment. Please be aware of this when in the salon with curse words and topics of conversation that could be inappropriate for the littles. Thank you so much!
